Hello all. This was my final project for my Design class laat semester. It got an A. I figure this'll be a good addition to my Smash Bros. series.
Probably obvious to most of you, but just in case, I'll explain what's happening. This painting is a parody of Leonardo Da Vinci's "The Last Supper" with Nintendo's all-stars standing in for Jesus and his Apostles. I worked very hard to capture the detail and whatnot of the original while still keeping my own style.
And, like the original, I was sure to include my own "Da Vinci code" in the piece, which is why the image file is so large. I'd like to see if any one can figure out any of the secret messages I've hidden in here. I'll even give you a hint as to one: There's a reason for why each character is seated where they are. They where not just selected arbitrarilly from the Smash Bros. lineup. Some may be more obvious than others, but...well, now I'm making it more than a hint. See if you can crack that code and the others!
As to picture quailty, the real piece isn't this dark. Out of the 500 pictures I took, this was the only passable one. The rest were either blurred, not centred, had a huge glare from the flasf, and usually all three. This one was a little dark, but the sharpest.
