The Side+B should be his Swallow. The standard B should be the Hammer Swing from Kirby 64. Hold it down to charge the swing and let go to swing the hammer. When the charge gets full, he swings it repeatedly and forcefully.

So essentially Dedede is just Bowser with a few Kirby moves.
